⚙️ Commissioning, Operation & Maintenance Lead
💰 Salary: USD 7,000 – 8,000 per month
🔄 Rotation: 35 Days On / 35 Days Off

📌 REQUIREMENTS
✔ Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering (Mechanical / Electrical / Instrumentation or relevant discipline)
✔ 10–15 years of experience in Oil & Gas Offshore / EPC Projects
✔ Strong experience in:
- Commissioning & Start-up Activities
- Operation & Maintenance Leadership
- Offshore Facility Management
- Pre-Commissioning Activities
- System Completion & Handover Processes
✔ Ability to review and validate:
- Performance Test Procedures
- Operating Manuals
- Commissioning Plans
✔ Experience in coordinating with HSE teams and ensuring compliance with safety standards
✔ Capability to define commissioning systems and manage handover priorities
🌍 PROJECT OVERVIEW
This role is part of a multinational offshore Oil & Gas operation, involving complex commissioning and operational readiness activities for large-scale energy facilities.
The selected candidate will play a key leadership role in:
- Offshore commissioning execution
- Operational readiness and plant start-up
- Maintenance strategy implementation
- System handover coordination
- HSE compliance and risk management
