Commissioning for Ammonia plant Vacancies
Upcoming Requirement for Ammonia plant – Taloja, Maharashtra Pre-commissioning/Commissioning Activities
1- Shift Supervisors — Ammonia :
Graduate Chemical Engineers with at least 6 years’ experience in Ammonia Plant. In case of non-graduate engineers or diploma holders, 12 years’ at least experience is required.
o Candidate must have at least two years of hands-on experience as shift-in – charge of Ammonia Plant
2- Shift Supervisors — Utilities :
Graduate Chemical Engineers with at least 6 years’ experience in GTG , HRSG , Aux Boiler. In case of non-graduate engineers or diploma holders ,12 years’ experience is required.
o Candidate must have at least two years of hands-on as shift-in – charge
3- DCS Operators — Ammonia :
Graduate Chemical Engineers with at least 4 years’ experience in Ammonia Plant. In case of non-graduate engineers or diploma holders, 10 years’ experience is required.
o Applicant must have at least two years of hands-on experience on panel ( DCS )
4- DCS Operators — Utilities :
Graduate Chemical Engineers with at least 4 years’ experience in Utilities like GTG , HRSG , Aux Boiler. In case of non-graduate engineers, 10 years’ experience is required.
o Applicant must have at least two years of hands-on experience on panel ( DCS )
5- Field Operators :
Ammonia Plant. Graduate Chemical Engineers with at least 2 years’ experience in pre-commissioning and commissioning or operation Ammonia Plant. In case of non-graduate engineers, 5 years’ experience is required. If applicant has good experience in pre-commissioning and commissioning in refinery or petrochemicals plants, he will be considered.
o Candidate must have hands-on experience in steam blowing, flushing, inertization etc
6- Field Operators : Utilities .
Graduate Chemical Engineers with at least 2 years’ experience in pre-commissioning and commissioning or operation GTG , HRSG , Aux Boiler. In case of non-graduate engineers, S years’ experience is required. If applicant has good experience in pre-commissioning and commissioning in refinery or petrochemical plants, he will be considered.
o Candidate must have hands-on experience in steam blowing, flushing, inertization etc Ammonia plant experience MUST.
